HOW TO REGISTER
- Pickup a Team Packet @ BFACC or online at www.bellefourche.org
- Team manager needs to have each player sign roster/rules.
(Players 14-17 years of age need parent/guardian signature.)
Note: The BFACC will not collect separate fees/signatures. All must be collected in advance to register a team. Minimum of 5 players ~ maximum of 9 players.
- Team Fee $250 -Make checks payable to “BFACC”
- Managers must sign “Rules Acknowledgement”
- Turn in completed roster AND team fee no later than September 8th.
